Ricardo Berrís (pronounced Bereece) is a seasoned Serial Entrepreneur, Investor, Speaker, and Coach with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business development. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the MI Group of Companies, Ricardo has expanded his business operations across Miami, Atlanta, Colombia, and The Bahamas, focusing on custom software development, digital marketing, digital infrastructure management, and SaaS products tailored for non-technical and non-marketing-savvy businesses.

Under his leadership, the MI Group has successfully delivered projects worth over $100 billion for various high-profile clients, including government departments, retail banks, hotels, and universities. Recently, the company launched The Digital Hub, an all-in-one digital marketing platform aimed at growth-scale-minded businesses.

In 2020, Ricardo founded Purpusly, a multi-channel immersive commerce platform connecting cause-conscious customers with purpose-driven creators. The platform has rapidly expanded, serving creators from over eight countries and providing fulfillment facilities across three U.S. states.

Ricardo also serves as Chairman of the Atlanta Black Chambers Global Opportunities Committee (GOC), where he plays a pivotal role in promoting investments, trade, and partnerships for over 600 members. He is instrumental in organizing the upcoming GO Global Conference, which will highlight global trade opportunities from more than 50 countries.

An active participant in numerous organizations, including Goldman Sachs 10KSB and the Sir Richard Branson Entrepreneurship Center of the Caribbean, Ricardo is also a published author and the host of the MORE podcast. He is a passionate musician who enjoys composing and producing music, with several releases to his name.

Sydney is a go-to-market strategy expert with experience developing and implementing successful customer development strategies for B2B and B2C across the USA, Europe and Africa. 

A former Fortune 100 sales and marketing manager, Sydney leverages her extensive global professional experience and personal knowhow of living in 6 countries across 3 continents over the past 10 years. Living a dynamic life abroad, Sydney navigated her own career ascension with a mixture of experimentation and determination. Her professional peaks and valleys combined with real-life learnings of how to be successful while living internationally enabled her to create a growth system that is committed to creating strong partnerships, linking key players and developing and executing strategies that connect businesses to new opportunities.  It is through the culmination of these experiences that she founded Rise Enterprise Group, where she is dedicated to helping SMEs grow.

Well versed in knowing how to forge new paths in places that are different culturally, linguistically, economically and politically, Sydney is passionate about guiding and supporting business owners as they begin their journey in new market entry.
